BPC Transparent Filler Masterbatch is positioned as one of the top high-quality plastic fillers in the plastic industry. It’s a combination of inorganic transparent powder known asSodium Sulphate (Na2SO4) or fine Talc powder with plastic resins like Polypropylene (PP)/Polyethylene (PE) and other appropriate additives.
The Transparent Filler Masterbatch improves the properties of finished products by enhancing itstransparency, glossiness, strength and more dispersion but is non-toxic. It is mainly used for amplifying thequality of polyolefin (PE/PP) plastic extrusion, blown film, blow moulding, injection moulding, etc. Most of our clients make use of Transparent Filler Masterbatch with the filling ratio of 05% to 50%, the ratio amount varies from the purpose of combination with functions of each kind of plastic product in a given industry.
Benefits
Reduces production cost.
Enhances the transparency and glossiness.
Gives bubble stability.
Improves stiffness, strength and elongation (tear resistance).
Easy processing & increases output.
Improves printability of the end-product.
Reduce shrinkage ratio.
Among the main benefits, BPC filler masterbatch is sustainable yet affordable.
Transparent Filler Masterbatches advances the characteristics of final plastic products as enhancing the transparency, glossiness and more dispersion but non-toxic. It also improves certain end-product properties such as stiffness, mechanical properties (bend strength, impact strength), tear-resistance and printability. Also, the use of a Transparent Filler shortens the time required for each product cycle, thus facilitating production efficiency.
The loading transparent filler masterbatch content could take up to 60-70%when making liners and carry bags with opaque characteristics.
